I bet you guys thought I forgot about posting today.....I didn't. :-) Today was just such a busy day for me. I'm sitting here at the computer with aching feet from running around most of the day. Moving along-Remember to get your comments in for the Aussie giveaway! The contest ends tonight at

Anyway, there was a silver lining in my extremely long day. When I got home, I saw my new issue of Essence in the mailbox. Nia Long's on the cover!!! She has always been one of my biggest role models and she looks absolutely beautiful.

I really like the way she changes it up and wears her real hair out sometimes. She's such a beautiful and talented African American woman. I really would like to meet her one day....oh well. :-)

I love Nia Long! She's been fabulous ever since she was Lisa back on the fresh prince LOL I like the short hair look on her better, but either way she is gorgeous

Thanks for following me! I just wanted to let you know that I think you have a great blog! I started seriously taking care of my hair about a year and a half ago and I'm so glad that I did! I love Silk Elements relaxer and heat protectant -- with olive oil of course, lol! I also received my Essence in the mail this week. Nia Long always looks gorgeous, especially on this cover.
