I am new to your blog. I grew my perm out about 15 years ago. I cant tell if you broke down and permed your hair or if you stayed the course! Do tell? I love my unpermend hair, but I feel strongly that you can have healthy permed hair when it is properly cared for. I love a few products that I have not seen you mention that if you don't mind I would like to share. Nexxus is great for natural hair as well as jane Carter products. However, just as good if not better is Suave's Shea and Almond Shampoo and conditioner. I am currently using it and I must say they are giving Aveda a challenge with this one.
