Friday's "Farrah Fawcett" Hair

This style literally took me about 30-40 minutes. I sloppily rollerset my hair just adding a little water to each section. I only used a few drops of water on each section because I was in a rush and I wanted it to dry fast. I wanted a light free falling rollerset. In the next 2 photos, you'll notice that I roll my hair going back instead of forward.

This is how I get that Farrah Fawcett look. :-)

However, this is how it looked at the end of the day. : \ Granted, I drove with the top down. It was a nice day! So the wind was constantly attacking my hair. lol...

I'm gonna try this style again. I'm looking to perfect it. Do you rollerset going backwards? I have to say, this is a new thing for me.

The Sun & The Rollerset

Here's how my rollerset looked at the end of the week. It took a beating by the sun on Friday! I was in D.C. for the day and I spent most of the time outside. Thus, the hair did suffer. My hair & scalp were terribly dry when I got home that night. I washed & dc'ed over the weekend. I really enjoyed that rollerset though. It was too cute! I'll be doing it again very soon. Now I have to figure out when I'll be testing out the new flat irons. I have girl's night out event and a wedding to go to in the next couple of weeks...so maybe I will flat iron at those times. Still don't know yet. Hope you guys had a happy Easter!

Rollerset Combed Out

The night of my rollerset, I decided to detangle it, moisturize, & seal my hair with coconut oil. I had to. My hair was as dry as a desert. Then I proceeded to reset it. Here are pics of the Day 2 hair combed out. I LOVE how big it is. I'm going to wear my hair like this tommorrow too. :D

I just washed & dc'ed so when I take the rollers out in the morning, I will comb them out as much as I can...I'm going for this exact same look.
